Google Guide For Genealogy

For those of you who missed out on Barry Ewell's promotion for a free copy of the Google Guide For Genealogy, the book has now been formally released and is available for purchase.  I have taken a few minutes here and there to flip through my copy, and I think many of you will find the book useful in your search for your ancestors.

Not everything we look for is available in one place, and we all know what it is like to search for hours on Ancestry.com for that missing puzzle piece, only to find it on our first try through another source.  Google is, undoubtedly, one of the best search engines out there.  And, it is FREE.

Barry's book will help you use Google more efficiently and effectively.  I highly recommend you spend the $4 for the ebook version.  It will download directly to your computer as a PDF file, and you can read it, highlight it and annotate it just like any other book, right on your computer screen.

Please go to Barry's blogpost for more information on how to obtain your copy.
